What we need from you

- Login details such as your Apple ID or Google account, ideally prepared with family
- For courses in a care home: a quiet room with Wi-Fi
Duration
A course consists of several short sessions so that it never becomes too much. One-to-one sessions are planned entirely at your pace.
Costs
For care homes and organisations we prepare a quote per course. One-to-one sessions are charged by duration. You always know the costs in advance.
The initial consultation is free and non-binding.

We work in small groups so that everyone gets enough help. Anyone who prefers to learn alone can book a one-to-one session.
Yes. In the Biel/Bienne area we are happy to come to your home and practise directly on your devices.
No. We start where you are and explain step by step. Many participants have only had their phone for a short time.
Yes, gladly. Many people bring a daughter, son or grandchild. That way someone can help at home later too.
That’s completely normal. You receive guides to look back on and can ask at any time or book another session.

In coaching we practise spotting fraudulent emails and text messages, installing updates and using strong passwords. Your bank never asks for passwords or codes by email.
Only if they’re backed up. We set up backup to iCloud or Google Photos with you, so no memory gets lost.
In German, French or English. In Biel/Bienne bilingual sessions are welcome too.
